Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains how EMMETRON LIMITED (“EMMETRON”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
In short: this is a simple informational website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising. Fonts, imagery and all assets are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no third-party requests. The only personal data we ever see is what you choose to send us by email.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is EMMETRON LIMITED, registered in England & Wales (company number 16952150), registered office: 292789, Office Suite 29a, 3/F, 23 Wharf Street, London, England, SE8 3GG. Contact us about any privacy matter at web@emmetron.store.
The personal data we collect
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you give it) and anything in your message. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry.
Data stored on your device
We set no cookies. The only thing this site stores is a single local-storage value recording that you dismissed the cookie notice — it stays in your browser, is never transmitted to us and identifies nobody. See the Cookie Policy.
Technical data from our hosting provider
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the site securely, our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type and the time of your request. This is carried out on our behalf and is not used to identify or profile you.
Why we use your data and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interests in dealing with messages sent to us, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep the site secure — our legitimate interests in protecting the site and its visitors from abuse.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We share data only with the providers that help us run the website (such as our host), and where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers may process data on servers outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your data, and request a copy in a portable format. Email web@emmetron.store. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will change the “last updated” date when we do.
